Hello, and welcome!

I'm Julie Erazo, an architect, interior designer, and design professional with a passion for creating beautiful, functional spaces that improve the way people live and work.

Originally from Kyiv, Ukraine, I moved to the United States in 2021 and continue to work with homeowners, builders, contractors, real estate professionals, and fellow designers on projects across the country and around the world.

My background combines architecture, interior design, drafting, and visualization. I earned a PhD in Architecture and previously taught at the Department of Architecture at Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture (KNUCA), where I had the opportunity to share my knowledge with future architects and designers.

Over the past 15+ years, I have worked on a wide variety of residential and commercial projects, specializing in kitchen design, bathroom design, cabinet layouts, floor plans, interior drafting, and photorealistic 3D visualization. Whether a client is remodeling a single room or planning an entire home, my goal is always the same: to create thoughtful, functional designs that feel both beautiful and practical.

I believe great design starts with listening. Every home, project, and client is different, which is why I take the time to understand your goals, lifestyle, and vision before developing a design solution tailored specifically to your needs.

When we work together, my goal is to make the design process clear, collaborative, and enjoyable while helping you avoid costly mistakes and make confident decisions before construction begins.
