WHAT IS INTERIOR DESIGN & DRAFTING?

Interior design and drafting combine functional planning, space optimization, and detailed design documentation to create beautiful and practical spaces. Professional design plans help homeowners, contractors, and builders make informed decisions before construction begins by providing clear layouts, elevations, dimensions, and design direction.

WHAT IS THE COST OF INTERIOR DESIGN & DRAFTING?

The cost of a design project depends on the scope, complexity, and level of detail required. Factors such as room size, number of spaces, custom cabinetry, design revisions, and optional 3D renderings can influence pricing.

Projects may include:

  • Kitchen Design
  • Bathroom Design
  • Cabinet Layouts
  • Floor Plans
  • Interior Space Planning
  • Built-In Cabinetry Design
  • Laundry & Pantry Design
  • Optional 3D Visualization

Each project receives a custom quote based on your specific needs.

Review & Revisions

The design is reviewed together and refined based on feedback.

Final Design Package

A completed set of plans and drawings is provided for implementation, contractor review, or future construction.

Optional 3D Visualization

Photorealistic renderings are available for clients who would like a realistic preview of their completed space before construction begins.

Typical timelines:

  • Small Design Projects: 3–7 business days
  • Kitchen Designs: 1–3 weeks
